As this new apartment complex in San Marcos neared completion, the contractor began facing repeated incidents of vandalism that threatened to delay the project’s finish. With valuable materials on-site and tight deadlines in place, they needed a fast, effective way to deter further damage and keep the job moving forward.
Caprock Rentals deployed four of our pole camera systems, strategically mounted on the third-floor balconies of unoccupied units. This elevated vantage point provided excellent coverage of key access points and trouble areas without the need for additional mounting structures or ground-level poles.
The site already had 120V power available, allowing for quick and cost-effective installation. In just one day, the contractor went from having no visual deterrent to having full remote access and around-the-clock protection — all at a price that fit the project’s budget.
