Monitoring Authorization

4. Will all parties listed as key holders, answer all calls from the monitoring center to the best of their ability, ensuring optimal functionality and effectiveness of the system?

5. Will you ensure consistant communication to all individuals accessing the monitored site the hours during which monitoring is active?

6. Do you acknowledges that frequent false alarms generated by non threatening on-site personnel such as staff working late or arriving early may impact the credibility and urgency of future alerts, potentially leading to delayed or reduced law enforcement response times?

7. Do you acknowledge that Caprock Rentals bears no responsibility for fines resulting from false alarms due to system misuse at the monitored site?

9. If anwering 'YES' to #8, do you acknowledge that they will conduct routine check-in and check-out procedures, furnishing all essential details provided by Caprock Rentals necessary for the optimal functioning of the security system.

10. Do you acknowledge that any misuse, tampering, or improper handling of the security monitoring system may result in serious consequences, including but not limited to law enforcement intervention, which could involve actions such as firearms being drawn in high-risk situations?

11. Do you have an alarm permit on file with your local police department?

12. If you answered 'NO' to #11, do you authorize Caprock Rentals to file an alarm permit on behalf of your site if required?

13. Inbound calls will come from l-866-913-9565. Will all employees involved with site monitoring has l-866-913-9565 saved to their phone?

14. Key holders and site personnel may need to contact local non-emergency police directly, especially during non-monitored hours. Caprock Rentals will provide the necessary numbers. Will you ensure that all relevant personnel save and have these numbers readily available?

15. Do you give Caprock Rentals permission to view, access, and use the video footage from the security cameras they provide. This means they can watch live or recorded footage, pull footage for review, and edit it as needed to provide their services and keep things secure.

16. Do you grant Caprock Rentals permission to use selected footage from your job sites for marketing purposes? This helps us showcase our expertise and improve our services, while respecting your privacy and security.

17. Caprock Rentals limits changes to site settings like monitoring times, camera positions, and boundaries to minimize errors. Key holders may request extra access, and if granted, Caprock will guide the process. However, customers are responsible for ensuring all changes are correctly executed. Do you agree to these terms?

18. Moving the systems, altering site lighting, or placing items in the camera's path may affect camera performance. If you make any of these changes, do you agree to notify Caprock?

Monitoring Protocol

Caprock Rental's standard protocol for when activity is detected is to first contact key holders in the order listed to assess the situation before involving the police. If key holders do not respond, our analysts will review site notes and history, exercising their discretion to dispatch the police. In certain instances of obvious criminal activity, we may contact the police first and then notify key holders.

• Are you in agreement with Caprock's protocol to dispatch law enforcement in instances where key holder contact can not be established?

• Are you in agreement with Caprock's protocol for analysts for dispatch police immedialy based on their perspectice view point of the site?

• For sites where pedestrian activity such as biking, walking, etc. is present, do you still want to be notified?

Monitoring Keyholders / Remote Access

Who do you want the monitoring company to call if suspicious movement is present on site? Please be sure to list the numerical order at which you want the call list to come out at by filling in the "Call List Order#". Call list order# "l", will be contacted first, "2", second, etc. Three contacts are preferred. Do you have additional team members that you would like to give access to remote view the site? if yes, please list in addition and reference "N/A" for the "Call List Order#".
