Caprock Rentals was approached to secure a 500-foot-long warehouse that had been experiencing vandalism. Instead of opting for traditional surface-level pole installations, we designed a custom solution using Unistrut to create a temporary mounting structure. This allowed us to position the cameras at optimal locations along the building without compromising its aesthetics or causing any permanent damage.

The temporary structure enabled us to install four pole cameras at strategic points around the warehouse, ensuring full coverage of all sides. By mounting the cameras 35 feet high, we achieved an optimal vantage point for long-term surveillance, offering maximum visibility and deterrence. Additionally, transformers were used to power the cameras with 120V outlets, eliminating the need for extensive wiring and keeping the installation clean and unobtrusive.

Since the cameras were installed, the site has experienced no further incidents of vandalism. The cameras’ elevated positions provided a clear, uninterrupted view of the entire property, serving as an effective deterrent to criminal activity. The client was able to monitor the site remotely, providing peace of mind without requiring additional security personnel.

This project demonstrated Caprock Rentals’ expertise in providing innovative, non-invasive surveillance solutions tailored to the unique needs of temporary applications.
